Barkeeper's Cloak is a cloak received as a quest reward. It is one of the better cloaks for the level required (13).

This item is a reward from the Neutral quest Raptor Horns which starts with Mebok Mizzyrix in Ratchet in The Barrens. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Mebok Mizzyrix:
